All products sold on this Website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. This link is active for 7 days from the date it's sent. Please save a backup copy after downloading, as expired links cannot be reissued unless at our discretion.

5.2 Licensing

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files.

  • claim the design, template, or content as your own

  • modify templates for resale

  • make them available for others to download


5.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are handled under our full Refunds & Returns. In summary: because digital products are delivered instantly, most sales are final, but this does not affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, damaged, or doesn't match its description, we'll first try to fix or resend it; if that's not possible, you're entitled to a refund.
