How does this work if I want to give it to more than one person?

Can I see what my people log in to here?
Not if it's set up the way it's designed to be: duplicated into each person's own personal Notion account. That's the explicit first step in the template, and here's why - Notion states that workspace owners can access private pages within a company-administered workspace, so if someone duplicates this into your company's Notion using their work account, this is not private to them. It's important that the Career Growth HQ is duplicated in their personal accounts for it to work as intended.
Does this only work if we run formal performance reviews?
No. It's just as useful for someone prepping for a promotion conversation, building a case for a role change, or simply wanting real proof of their own growth, with or without a formal review cycle attached.
