Purchase & Delivery of Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from this website (like templates, guides, or other downloadable files), you'll get instant access to the ready-made files once your payment is confirmed. Nothing physical gets shipped.

You'll receive a download link by email after your purchase (or, if the product's free, after you supply your email address).

⚠️ Your download link stays active for 7 days. Please save a backup copy after downloading - after the 7-day window, expired links can't be reissued unless I decide to make an exception.

IMPORTANT: All products on this site are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale isn't permitted.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" in the traditional sense, most purchases are final. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

You're eligible for a refund if:

• The product is faulty,

• The file is damaged or inaccessible, or

• The item doesn't match the description on the product page.

If something's wrong with your file, I'll first try to fix it or send you a working copy. If that's not possible, or it doesn't resolve the issue, you're entitled to a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.

By choosing immediate access at checkout, you confirm you understand that you're giving up your standard 14-day right to cancel once your download begins, in line with UK consumer law. This policy is governed by the laws of Scotland.
